R-Zen

Short version: RNX Games does not receive your photos, drawings, diary notes, progress, or account information. R-Zen has no accounts, advertising, developer analytics, or tracking. Personal creative data stays primarily on your device. Apple processes the optional one-time purchase, and GitHub serves optional packs you request; those providers receive the normal technical metadata needed to provide their services. We never see or store your payment details.

What the app does NOT automatically collect

No name, email address, age, or location is requested or collected during normal app use. If you choose to email Support, see “Support email” below.
No device identifiers or advertising IDs
No usage analytics or crash reports sent to any server
No personal creative content is sent to RNX Games when downloading optional packs (see “Optional downloadable content” below)
No cookies or tracking pixels
No payment, card, or billing information (in-app purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store — see “In-app purchases” below)
No account registration of any kind

Data stored primarily on your device

R-Zen saves the following data locally on your device using the operating system's standard storage. R-Zen does not transmit this personal content to RNX Games:

Your progress, completed puzzles, mandala saves, and favorites
XP, level, achievements, and streaks
Your preferences (language, theme, sound settings, orientation)
Photos you choose to use as puzzles, drawings, and diary notes

Deleting the app normally removes its local application data. If you use device or iCloud backups, Apple may include and later restore eligible app data according to your iOS backup settings. Your App Store purchase remains associated with your Apple Account and can be restored.

Camera and Photo Library

R-Zen includes an optional feature that lets you turn one of your own photos into a puzzle. To use it, the app will request access to your device camera or photo library.

Access is only requested when you choose to use this feature.
Photos are processed on your device and are not sent to RNX Games. A photo leaves the app only when you expressly choose a destination through Share or Save Image, as explained below.
You may deny this permission — all other app features work without it.

In-app purchases

R-Zen is free to download and play. It offers a single, optional one-time purchase that unlocks premium content (including the full puzzle and mandala galleries and free-draw mode). The price displayed in R-Zen comes from the App Store for your storefront and currency. There are no subscriptions.

Product lookup, purchase, entitlement checks, refunds/revocations, and “Restore purchases” communicate with Apple through StoreKit. Apple may process your Apple Account, transaction, device, network, and storefront information under Apple’s own privacy terms.
R-Zen stores only an entitlement status needed for offline access; the purchase itself is tied to your Apple Account so you can restore it on another device.
No purchase is required to use the app, and buying the unlock sends no personal data to us.

Optional downloadable content

R-Zen may offer optional downloadable content packs (for example, extra mandala and puzzle sets) that are not included in the initial app download. These packs are available to Premium owners at no separate charge. They are only downloaded if you tap to download them, and the app tells you the approximate download size beforehand.

Packs contain only static content files (images and drawing data) — never executable code. They do not change how the app works, only add new sheets to the existing sections.
The pack catalog and trusted version information are included in the app. When you choose to download or update a pack, R-Zen fetches its authenticated files from our public GitHub content repository (raw.githubusercontent.com). It does not execute pack data as code.
As with any web request, GitHub receives standard network metadata such as your IP address, request time, user agent, and requested file. RNX Games does not receive a copy of your photos, drawings, notes, or progress and does not use pack requests to build user profiles. No R-Zen account or login is involved.
Downloaded packs are saved locally on your device and work offline afterwards. No R-Zen account or personal creative content is required or sent to RNX Games.
You never have to download a pack — the app is fully playable without any of them.

Fonts

R-Zen uses the Quicksand and Dancing Script typefaces. These fonts are bundled inside the app and loaded from your device — no requests are made to Google Fonts or any external font service.

Music and sounds

All music and ambient sound files are bundled inside the app and play entirely offline. R-Zen never streams audio and never records or transmits any audio.

The soundtrack section offers optional buttons that open our album on Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music. Nothing streams inside R-Zen: only when you tap a button, R-Zen hands that link to the operating system, which opens the selected service or browser. Connecting to that service necessarily shares normal network metadata with it; its own privacy policy then applies.

Sharing

When you explicitly choose Share or Save Image, R-Zen creates a temporary local copy and opens the iOS share sheet. R-Zen does not select a recipient or upload destination. If you choose another app or cloud service, that destination receives the image under its own privacy policy. R-Zen removes its temporary share files after use or during later cleanup.

Support email

If you tap Support and decide to send an email, RNX Games receives the sender address and whatever information or attachments you choose to include. That information is used to answer and manage the support request and may remain in the email systems involved according to their retention and security settings. R-Zen does not automatically attach your photos, drawings, diary, or progress to a support email.

Optional community gift and Instagram

For users who have not unlocked Premium, R-Zen may store an on-device count of active play time and substantially completed works to decide whether to show an optional community thank-you invitation. These eligibility values remain on the device and are not sent to RNX Games.

Closing the invitation does not contact RNX Games or Instagram. The invitation remains available from the app menu until you use it.
If you choose “Write on Instagram,” R-Zen opens the public RNX Games profile in Instagram or your browser. Instagram then receives the normal network, device, and account information involved in using its service under its own privacy policy.
RNX Games receives information only if you voluntarily send a message. That message may include your Instagram identity and any text or creation you choose to share.
Following an account, liking content, posting publicly, or sending a creation is not required. Any Premium reward offered through this program is fulfilled through an App Store code or redemption method and does not require sharing payment details with RNX Games.

Third-party services

R-Zen does not integrate third-party SDKs for advertising, developer analytics, tracking, crash reporting, or social profiles. Network connections that may occur are limited to: Apple StoreKit/App Store for product and entitlement operations; GitHub when you request a pack download; Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube Music after you tap their external link; your mail app after you tap the support address; and a destination you explicitly choose from the iOS share sheet. iOS/iCloud may also perform backups according to your system settings.

Website measurement

The RNX Games website records an anonymous download-click count when you choose an App Store download link. The request is sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint and contains no form fields, account information, or app usage data. Google may process standard network metadata such as IP address under its own privacy terms. This website measurement is separate from the R-Zen app, which does not include analytics.

Children

RNX Games does not knowingly collect personal information from children through R-Zen. The app has no accounts, advertising profiles, or developer analytics.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new version will be published at the same URL and the “Last updated” date above will change. Changes may reflect new features, providers, legal requirements, or clarifications.
