R-Zen

These Terms explain the basic rules for using R-Zen. They do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your country or region.

1. Provider and acceptance

R-Zen is developed and published under the name RNX Games. By downloading or using R-Zen, you agree to these Terms and to any mandatory terms applied by the store through which you obtained the app. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Personal, lawful use

You may use R-Zen for personal, non-commercial entertainment and creative activity. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, evade platform purchase controls, redistribute paid or downloadable content as a competing product, or use R-Zen in an unlawful way.

3. Your photos and creations

You keep your rights in photos, drawings, diary notes, and other material you create or import. You are responsible for having permission to use imported material. R-Zen processes personal creative content primarily on your device and does not claim ownership of it. If you choose Share or Save Image, you choose the recipient or destination and that service's terms apply.

Progress and creations are stored locally and may be lost if the app or its data is deleted, the device is lost or damaged, storage is cleared, or a backup cannot be restored. Keep separate copies of creations that are important to you.

4. Premium purchase

R-Zen may offer one optional, non-consumable Premium purchase. The App Store product page and purchase sheet show the current localized price and the content included at the time of purchase. R-Zen does not offer a subscription. Purchases, restoration, refunds, revocations, and payment processing are handled by Apple and StoreKit under Apple's applicable terms. Refund requests are submitted through Apple's refund process; RNX Games cannot directly approve an App Store refund.

Use “Restore purchase” when appropriate to ask Apple to restore an eligible entitlement. Access can be removed when Apple reports a refund, revocation, invalid transaction, or other loss of entitlement. These Terms do not promise access to separate applications, third-party services, or content that is not identified as part of the R-Zen Premium offering.

5. Optional downloadable packs

Some packs are downloaded only when you request them. Availability can depend on app version, device compatibility, internet access, and the pack remaining safely distributable. Installed packs are stored locally and normally remain usable offline. RNX Games may replace or withdraw a pack when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical compatibility, or rights issues.

6. Availability and updates

We aim to keep R-Zen reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Some functions require Apple services, GitHub-hosted pack files, a compatible device, or an internet connection. Updates may correct errors, improve compatibility, add content, or address security and legal requirements.

7. Third-party services and materials

Apple, GitHub, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, your mail app, and destinations you select through Share are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. R-Zen also includes open-source software, fonts, and public-domain map data listed under “Open source & notices” in Settings.

8. Intellectual property

Except for your own content and identified third-party materials, R-Zen's software, visual design, text, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership is transferred to you by installing or using the app.

9. Responsibility and mandatory rights

Use R-Zen with reasonable care and keep device backups when important to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RNX Games is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Apple terms

For an App Store download, Apple's applicable store terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply. These Terms supplement rather than replace mandatory Apple terms.

11. Changes and contact
